Order Processing & Shipping Orders are fulfilled via third-party print-on-demand partners. Once you place an order, it cannot be modified or canceled. Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary due to production or carrier delays. You’ll receive tracking information when your item ships. If something hasn’t arrived after 14 business days (domestic) or 30 business days (international), email us and we’ll investigate. 3. Returns & Exchanges Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective. If that’s the case, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number at help@neurozestyclub.com. We'll make it right. BUT — if you're located in the European Union, you're entitled to a 14-day withdrawal period for most physical goods, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
