Enjoy free shipping in the USA on all orders. Free shipping worldwide on all orders except bundles.
No matter where you are, we'll deliver your favorite pieces right to your doorstep.
Shipping Times
For US, UK, and Europe, it usually takes an average of 8 to 10 business days to receive all non-bundle orders. For bundles allow up to 20 days. For the rest of the world allow 20 days for non-bundle orders and 30 days for bundles..
We appreciate it’s not the usual ‘next day delivery’ so common in the fashion world, but we’re not a fast-fashion brand and our products are made to order to avoid over production and waste.

Tracking
A few days after placing your order you will receive an email with your tracking number. In any case, if you have any shipping issue or if you want more information about shipping just reach out to us at support@neurozestyclub.com.
RETURNS
xRefunds and Exchanges
If you are not happy with your purchase you can return or exchange it within 14 days.
To initiate any return or exchange process, just go to our RETURN PORTAL.
Please Note
- We will not accept products that have been kept for more than 14 days or that have been already used. Fitting is obviously okay.
- We are unable to cover the cost of the return shipping. So you will have to ship your order back to us at your expense.
- Our warehouses are based in the US (North Carolina), Europe (Latvia or UK), and Canada, so hopefully the cost will be limited.
- The best address will be provided via our RETURN PORTAL.
- As soon as your return arrives to one of our warehouses we will either refund your purchase or ship an exchange for free, depending on what you requested.
